The hotel also partners with the local community through their group leaders to engage in income generating activities like making traditional handicrafts like mats, wood carvings and other pieces of Art. These are then sold to the Hotel shop with the aim of alleviating their poverty.
We organise village walks to the selected villages neighbouring the Hotel for the Tourists to experience the local way of life and also to partcipate in the loals' activities.
The hotel also provides environmental education and seedlings for trees to the community so as to preserve and conserve the environment.
